You may sign it and bring it to the hike OR email the signed form (scanned or digital) back to the hike leader. The link for the “club’s release of liability form” can be found on the right-hand side of the Hiking page on the ADK website or at this link  NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO HIKE without signing a LIABILITY RELEASE FORM. Sunday Hike-Finger Lakes Branch Trail- Crystal Hills Branch - Since the Crystal Hills Branch (northern end) starts at a leanto, we will hike in from Dennis Rd on FLT main trail Map M13 than proceed south on the Crystal Hills Branch trail to Woodcock Road. This hike will be just east of South Bradford, NY on the FLT Crystal Hills Branch. We will meet at the Park N Ride in Bushnells Basin at 7:45 am (new time!). We will leave at 8:00 am to car pool to the Corning Area, where we will hike ~10+miles (~1500 ft of elevation gain) on the Trail. Map and profile are available at the links below. Be prepared for a 6+ hour hike plus 3+ hours of total travel time. Bring lunch and lots of water. Special Requirements: It is a prerequisite to attend this hike, to have been on a local Sunday Hike or equivalent, contact the hike leader for more information. All our hikes have a steady pace, so are not "nature strolls" but they are also not "endurance tests", although we do at times hike at a brisk pace. You'll always want to bring lunch and plenty to drink. Equally important, is the proper footwear, gear and clothing for changing conditions. Our hikes our planned by our leaders to last three hours, but many times unexpected delays can occur, so If you are pressed for time, this hike may not be a good fit. .We're always looking for new places to go and additional leaders. Minors are welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If not, the responsible adult must have the signed release which is available on our website. Dogs are not allowed on this hike.
