Join in Sunday morning, August 17 for an approximate 5.5-6 mile hike at a moderate pace. Expect about 2.5 hours of hiking after meeting at 8:45 am and departing at 9am. Parking is at Gosnell Big Woods Trail Parking. The hike will cover the perimeter of Gosnell Big Woods and Whiting Rd Nature Preserve. Hills are moderate and about three quarters of the hike is wooded area and one quarter open meadow. There is one road to cross involving the connector trail. Bring snacks, water, poles, sunblock, bug spray, other trail comforts. Please no pets. Please contact me for questions-text is fine-585-301-5072. Roz
