Job Details:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with retail domain expertise, preferably in the sports industry, to support our operations in Portland, OR. The ideal candidate has strong experience in eCommerce platforms and is proficient in Power BI for data analysis and visualization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•            Gather and document business requirements; bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

•            Optimize eCommerce systems and enhance customer experience.

•            Develop Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights and track KPIs.

•            Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and priorities.

•            Leverage retail and sports industry knowledge to drive business solutions.

 

Qualifications:

•            5+ years of Business Analyst experience in the retail domain.

•            Expertise in eCommerce platforms and Power BI.

•            Strong communication and analytical skills; familiarity with sports retail is a plus.
