आपणास सर्वांना माहीतच असेल कि तालुका साक्री, जिल्हा धुळे हा आदिवासी बहुल भाग आहे.
या भागात Suzlon Energy Ltd. at Survey No 282 Village Chhadvel Korde Taluka Sakri Dist Dhule 424305 ह्या कंपनीने  पवन उर्जा प्रकल्प उभारले आहेत.
सदर पवन चक्की उभारताना त्यांनी आदिवासी बांधवांची जमीन २० वर्षासाठी घेतली आहे.
आणि त्या जागेच्या मोबदल्यात फक्त एकदाच रु.२०,०००/- ते रु.५०,०००/- दिलेले आहेत.
तरी सदर बाब हि कायद्याच्या चौकटीत बसते किवा नाही या बाबत योग्य टे मार्गदर्शन करावे.

शेतकर्यांना पाहिजे तेवढे पैसे हे सरकार द्यायला तयार आहे तरी पण ज्या प्रमाणे जैतापूर प्रकल्प कोकणात अद्याप येऊ दिला गेला नाही त्याच प्रमाणे आपली एकजूट दिसून आली नाही. प्रत्येक शेतकर्याने मिळाले त्या भावात आपली शेती सुझ्लोन या कंपनीला २० वर्षासाठी दिली. जर आपण एकजूट केली असती तर आपल्याला रु.२०,०००/- काय रु २,००,०००/- पण दिले असते. तसे पाहता माझ्या माहिती प्रमाणे आदिवासी बंधू त्याची शेती बिगर आदिवासी लोकांना विकू शकत नाही त्याचप्रमाणे ५ वर्षापेक्षा जास्त काळ आदिवासी बंधू त्याची शेती इतर कोणाला देऊ शकत नाही. मग सुझ्लोन ला २० वर्षांसाठी कस काय?

जरी आपण हे मान्य केल कि सुझ्लोन ने सर्व नियम पाळून शेती घेतली तरी पण सामाजिक बांधिलकी जपत त्यांनी पण आदिवासी लोकांसाठी काही तरी केले पाहिजे असे माझे स्पष्ट मत आहे.

उदाहरणार्थ:

१.      प्रत्येक गावात पिण्याच्या पाण्याची सोय करणे :- धुळे, नंदुरबार येथे पिण्याच्या पाण्याची भीषण टंचाई आहे. धुणी-भांडी साठी तर पाणी मिळणे दुर्मिळच. शासन कितीही बोलले तरी पण आदिवासी समाज अजून पण त्याच्या प्राथमिक गरजांपासून वंचित आहे.

तरी सामाजिक जबाबदारी (Corporate Social Responsibility) या नात्याने सुझ्लोन कंपनीने प्रत्येक वर्षी त्यांच्या नफ्याच्या २% रक्कम हि आदिवासी बांधवांच्या कल्याणासाठी खर्च करायला हवी. प्रत्येक गावात जिथे जिथे त्यांचे पवन उर्जा प्रकल्प आहेत त्या गावात २४ तास पिण्याच्या पाण्याची सोय करायला हवी.

२.      प्रत्येक गावात वाचनालय उघडणे व तेथे २-३ वर्तमान पत्र व शेती संबंधीचे मासिके उपलब्ध करून देणे. तसेच वाचनालयात मोफत WiFi सेवा उपलब्ध करून देणे.

३.      ८-१० गावांचा गट करून शेतकर्यांना आधुनिक शेती कशी करता येईल या संदर्भात योग्य ते मोफत मार्गदर्शन करणे.

४.      स्थानिक तरुणांसाठी रोजगार तसेच स्वयंरोजगाराच्या संधी उपलब्ध करून देणे :- सध्या दक्षिण भारतीय कामगार काम करत आहेत तरी त्या ऐवजी स्थानिक तरुणांना रोजगार मिळावा.

५.      महिलांचे बचत गट स्थापन करून त्यांना स्वयंरोजगार करण्यासाठी प्रेरित करावे.

६.      प्रत्येक गावात ई.१० वी व ई.१२ वी च्या पास विद्यार्थ्यांचा सत्कार करणे तसेच त्यांना त्यांच्या पुढील आयुष्यासाठी योग्य ते मार्गदर्शन करणे.

७.      संगणक प्रशिक्षण देणे.

८.      ई.१ ली ते पदवी पर्यंतच्या विद्यार्थ्यांना इंग्लिश स्पिकिंग चे प्रशिक्षण देणे.

९.      नोकरीसाठी भरती मेळाव्याचे आयोजन करणे.

१०.   MPSC / UPSC तसेच विविध स्पर्धा परीक्षेसंदर्भात मार्गदर्शन करणे.

११.   प्रत्येक गावात १ gymkhana असावा. त्या मध्ये २ कॅरम बोर्ड, २ चेस बोर्ड तसेच इतर खेलासाम्बंधीचे साहित्य असावे. 

अजून आपण आपले मुद्दे या मध्ये समाविष्ट करावे हि विनंती.

आदीवासी बांधवाना त्यांचा हक्क मिळालाच पाहिजे.
