A few things...
1) Crime shud be registered under atrocity act
2) Ther has been a PIL by Mr. Talape which sought High Court intervention on several glaring issues of Ashram School; we cd include this case to make our argument stronger for over hauling these sick institutions....

Dear Santosh,
We have filed two different petitions for Ashram School (CRPIL/69/2013) and Hostel Problems PIL (PIL/71/2012) filed regarding not proper implementation of 11.11.2011 Government resolutions. After that Government changed the GR on 10.4.2013 and that petition is still pending before Bombay High Court. We are getting milestone achievements in Ashram School PIL and working hard for hostel Problems also.
We have to do following things as per my opinion:
1. We have to file official complaints or send representations of the Tribal Hostel students from the entire hostel to PO, Tribal Commissioner, Local Police station, SP, Tribal Minister.
2. We have to demand action against PO of that area and Hostel rector.
3. This is area of Minister, so what is he doing. That is his responsibility to take care of tribal students. We have to pressurize his to take actions against his departmental lapses.
4. We have to approach police for protection of this area.
5. We have to built the confidence among our student for not to leave the hostels, because our political leadership is least bother about our education problems. Both the Ministers from Tribal and in-spite of these thousands of students are not getting admissions by the end of September. This is really pathetic.
6. Our Male students of that area should do night security for some time.
7. Send me copy of that representation or complaint. We will definitely raise the issue in High Court about security of our future generations. They are not alone. You know that we are fighting for their as well as our rights.
