I’ve found LucidChart (https://www.lucidchart.com/pages/) to be a very useful tool for planning / diagramming, particularly with the collaboration features.
Adium project has funds available to cover subscription for a year.
How would people feel about applying some of these funds to this end?

I find it hard to tell how useful the software can be for us.
We could ask them whether they would consider a free option for open source projects.
