I've got it working on my pda just about.

Is there a tutorial anywhere?

How do you get different species lists to show up on pda?

I can't seem to get aditweb working with Google?

AditTrec

Should have been a 'getting started' with the installation
instructions
The data set that you build for the pda is a subset of the species,
sites, recorders, mapd, etc on the desktop.
To make it simple to create composite species lists (say a mix of
plants, mammals and birds) we use the
'report group' system:

==============================================================================================
Species lists for the Pocket PC are built as 'Report Groups' using the
desktop software (so that you can use subsets of main lists
and/or combine lists to create something bespoke for use in the
field).

Example from my test system:

Choose report groups from the main screen, then [Add]
Give the report group a name - for my example "mammals test"
Select a species list from species groups (bottom left) - in this
instance mammals
Click on Hedgehog, Mole and Common Shrew (Red marker should indicate
that they have been selected)
Click [Add]

Click [Close] and answer Yes, then [Close] to return to the main
screen.

Choose options then Hand-Held/Satellite User then Build Data For
Pocket PC
Choose [Build Dataset] to update the pocket pc.

Please note that you have the option to display all species in a
single list on the pocket pc
of to use separate species lists and navigate between them using the
[-] and [+] beside
the date field.

The Google Earth mapping only seems to work when you are using the
system in off-line mode
(counter-intuitive I know)

From FAQ--->

Can I use this system when I am not online?
Yes, just save a copy of the recording form, AditWeb, to your
computer:
In Internet Explorer, go to [File], then [Save As] and save AditWeb to
your desktop (or elsewhere, if you prefer) as a Webpage Complete or
Web Archive file

In Firefox, go to [File], then [Save Page As] and save AditWeb to your
desktop (or elsewhere, if you prefer) as a Webpage Complete file

To use AditWeb offline in future, double-click on the desktop icon
whenever you want to use the form
