What is the best way to back up aditsite .... to a data pen for
example?

The simplest backup is of course to copy the whole AditSite folder
(usually c:\aditsite) to a CD, as this ensures that you include maps,
images and species master lists.
The program has a built-in backup and restore system - from the front
screen choose Options then File/Database/Make Backup Copy Of Database
which creates copies of your current system in a backup folder (on
your hard drive)
As a minimum, you should make a copy of aditsite.mdb, and you should
feel free to send us a copy of your data for additional security.
