P.S. Though i hand drafted it and scanned, some problem with scan settings and it was very light imprint and hence add to darken it using Photoshop. Hope it is clear, in case you have any visibility problems in any of the steps please do let me know, i will try to fix it.

Coming to sleeves, will do a separate tute on drafting and sewing Short Chinese Lantern sleeve later.

Sewing part of tutorial

Sewing part of it similar to any normal shift dress or kameez except for the panels, so i have uploaded pics for marking, assembling, cutting and sewing the skirt panels of the Anarkali.

If you wish you may as well refer to Angrakha sewing tutorial for basics steps such as neck finish, shoulder seams, sleeve joint and so on...

NOTE:  Please Notch and Label the Panels while marking and retain them in the cut pieces, to prevent confusion while sewing the panels together

Pin the panels together and then stitch them to ensure proper seams
