Yes, that is correct. All 13 translators together are owed the total of $18,238.24 for translations done for Adith Multilingual. No complaints were made by Adith for any of these services that were rendered on time and to the clients' satisfaction.
Some of us did get paid for some work, at one time or another, but we have gathered information on what was not paid.

Actually, they did reply, to me, asking whether I wanted to wait any longer, for others to add their claims, or whether she could go ahead. I asked Laura to wait, because I hoped more than three of us would actively make a claim, but apparently, not much movement is going on. I will pick up the thread again, and ask ARHelp to take action ONLY with the few of us who have made our claim.

Hmm, it seems strange that only the 3 of us placed a claim... In fact, the agency just sent me a message to confirm that I'm in on this. :)
By the way, I contacted the Indian embassy last year to ask if they could do anything to help, and now apparently they have informed the Indian consumer board about the unprofessional practices of Adith Multilingual. So even more pressure is being put on them. :) Let's hope to get out money soon!
