A polite reminder for anyone sending data, can you please help me out by
sending the following details. Particularly, amount owed should be in US
dollars - we need to use a common currency and USD is pretty much the
accepted way to go.

A list of all projects undertaken for Adith that remain unpaid
The PO number for each product
Assignment date and completion date for each one
Amount owed for each one, in dollars
An indication of what supporting evidence you have on a scale of 0 to 3,
for each project
A total amount owed, in dollars

Current position:
22 members
8 claims totalling US$11,246

At some point we will have to make the first contact to Adith. Anybody
who has not added their claim at that time will basically be out of any
action we take.

Ok - I've recorded this on the spreadsheet. If you have documents to
support that the projects were assigned and completed, it should not be
a problem.

Dear All,

I would like to ALERT you all the Adith is renaming it as ASO Terra
Lingua Pvt. Ltd. and has sent me a mail with a contract proposal for
one year this time. Please find the attached mail for your ref.

I had a doubt with the kind of urgency the lady showed, who spoke to
me today regarding the contract.

I googled and found a link which makes me believe that they are the
same company with different names.

Hi Neha,

today when the lady said she is Pooja and she wants to give me some
contract for one year, I asked her upfront that I had issue with Adith
and need the PO first. Then she started insisting the same way Adith
guys used to do and asked for work before 2 pm today without a PO.

Then I checked it in google and saw the above posting for sales
position with similar requirement. Also I think both the registered
offices are at C.V. Raman Nagar.

This raises my eyebrows and I am alertign you all.

I have had this from 2 or three different Indian companies. One even
told me 'can't you speak English'. Terribly arrogant.

This appears to be where the two companies are advertising jobs on the
same page.

Looking at Aso Terra Lingua's website, I find very few connections
except for the fact they are both doing similar business. The site
design is very different and much more basic. The contacts, phones and
addresses are different.

I see little evidence that they are the same company, though it's
possible they are a spin-off company or have the same tactics.
