The basis of the action is formed by failure to fulfil contractual
obligations concerning payment due for work contracted by Adith
Multingual Services Pvt Ltd to the plaintiffs.
In these cases, Adith Multilingual Services Pvt Ltd has entered into
contracts with the plaintiffs and the plaintiffs have met their
contractual requirements. Payment due under the terms of the contract

the work they have completed.

back to November 2008.
Also, given the time and effort spent by the plaintiffs in trying to

plaintiffs will also be seeking damages of 100% of all monies owed by
way of additional compensation. Adith Multilingual Services Pvt Ltd will
also be liable for any costs incurred in bringing this action.
