Introduction

On 28th September 2010, an email was sent to a number of translators
who had previously completed work for Adith Multilingual Services, but
had not been paid. Some translators are owed relatively small amounts
of money, and others are owed many thousands of dollars.

Irrespective of the amounts involved, this company continues to have a
strong web presence and appears to gain a significant amount of
business as a result of the unfair and unnecessary business practices
that they practise.

There is almost unanimous agreement that action needs to be taken
against them.

I would suggest that time is taken to bring together the largest
possible group of claimants. Everyone can play their part by looking
out for web forum posts that accuse Adith of non-payment (there are
many!) and inviting people to join directly. We can also promote the
presence of this list wherever possible on these forums.

Other than that, i would welcome any suggestions or discussions about
what we can be doing now to progress this.
