Please contact me immediately responding to this email if you are NOT willing to pay up to 50% of your invoice total to a debt collector.

 

Take a look at www.arhelp.com to read their conditions. They seem reasonable and professional to me, and best of all, they work internationally and we can employ them from abroad.

 

No one in India has taken up the torch, we are not B2B, some of our clains are over a year old, so we do not fit the description of claimants that can expect to pay as little as 22%, unfortunately.

 

I believe, after having read the various comments from a lot of you, that we are all in agreement that we do not want Adith to get away with their actions against us, and we are willing to let go of a relatively large portion of what we deserve, but will most surely never get from Adith in any other manner.

 

Once again: If you do NOT wish to proceed, and do NOT wish your data to be used in a group file claim against adith multilingual, please respond and let me know.

Dear Eleanore,   That sounds like a good debt collection agency. I've got just one question: are we supposed to pay even if they won't be able to recover our dues from Adith? In that case I think we should continue to look for other debt collectors... I am definitely NOT paying over 1000 USD upfront. If they want 50% of my invoice, they can take it when they get the money from these fuckers in Adith.

It's not that I dont want to proceed. I do. But I am not paying upfront. They may SEEM professional, but I have already lost a lot of money.

The whole situation with Adith makes me more and more pissed off. For some reason, I thought debt collectors require 50% up front as per my experience with some other crooks (debt collectors) from India.

Yes, I am willing to pay 50% for successful collecting my receivables from Adith.

Hello,   OK sorry, I missed that part... :)  I'm willing to pay 50% of the total Adith owes me if this agency manages to collect the debt. They look very professional so I think we can trust them. However, maybe it's a good idea to tell them that this is a really tough case. All the other debt collectors whose services I've used, have failed... Anyways, let's give it a try. How many of us are willing to go through with this? Let's make Adith Multilingual pay!

What were the names of those debt collectors?

What were the terms? Did you have to pay up front?

Dear Eleanore,   Yes, as I told Mark a few months ago, I've employed 2 debt collectors against Adith in the past 18 months or so, to no avail... None of them required payment upfront, but their debt collection tactics were based on letters and a couple of phone calls, nothing much. The names are:   Total Credit Management (India) Pvt. Ltd India Debt Recovery I've just contacted the embassy of India in Finland for the 3rd time, on behalf of all of us, hoping that they might be able to help us get our dues. Let's hope they'll help us out.

It see,s to be tough case with Adith and it requires tough measurements.

I am on sporting trip in south america right so my conditions are little bit camper like, but I would like to proceed even with the 50percent charge, as long as I dont have to pay it in advance.
