Use our mass notification app to send out automated phone calls to a list of phone numbers in seconds. We make it easy for you to create, schedule and send your automated phone call to all your contacts at once.

The first time you join a Teams meeting or call on an Apple device running iOS 14, you might see a message from your browser indicating that Teams is requesting local network access. This is due to a change in privacy enhancements for iOS 14. Teams needs local network permissions to support peer-to-peer (P2P) architecture in order to participate in meetings and calls.

My phone #'s are in that format, and when using the app on my phone it already works the way you describe, tapping that field I have the option to call or text. Are you talking about having that ability in the web version?

On the desktop, you must have a call application. Google Voice has a free plan. I use the $10/ month plan. It makes all numbers callable from my desktop.notebook. The paid version of voice adds a couple of other features.

Yes that is what I referred to. I feel that the user would need a desktop application to call from a separate web app? But there is so much ability AT has I don't know....following to see if someone else as the answer you seek!

Remember, the call-taker's questions are important to get the right kind of help to you quickly. Be prepared to follow any instructions the call-taker gives you. Many 911 centers can tell you exactly what to do until help arrives, such as providing step-by-step instructions to aid someone who is choking or needs first aid or CPR. Do not hang up until the call-taker instructs you to do so.

I have the similar challenge. I can get through the menu options i.e. dial 1 for, dial 2 for etc. but when it comes to entering my debit card details over the IVR I get timed out since it is almost a 10 digit number and the IVR does not allow me enough time to punch it in

I'm presently using an Iphone 8 with IOS 12. Whenever I make or receive a phone call, it is difficult to impossible to use the number pad on the phone. It's as if the number pad disappears from the phone. Tapping the screen doesn't always produce a response from voice-over. When I use a bluetooth keyboard, I have the same kind of problems hitting numbers. It's almost as if, when the phone is making or receiving a call, the key pad is pretty much disabled. It's also hard to make voiceover read the "answer call" "end call" and other buttons usually found at the bottom of the screen. Does anyone have suggestions? Thanks

Yes, the interaction with the keypad during a phone call and when using VoiceOver is very problematic. The phone seems very sluggish to respond to swipes, taps, etc. and it is very difficult to enter numbers reliably and quickly. The suggestions above are very helpful but it would be nice is Apple could improve this experience with VoiceOver during calls.

When you call a phone number from the phone keypad, such as to the bank, you can insert a comma by simply just holding the star and lift it when a comma has been inserted.
You may have to do this multiple times depending on how many seconds you need to wait, doing it once does it for approximately six seconds

To access Dial-A-Buoy, dial 888-701-8992 using any touch tone or cell phone. Assuming youknow the identifier of the station whose report you need, press "1". In response to the prompt, enter the five-digit (or character) station identifier. (For coastal stations whose identifiers containboth letter characters and numbers, use the number key containing the letter - for the letter "Q",press "7"; for "Z", press "9"; etc.) The system will ask you to confirm that your entry was correctby pressing "1". After a few seconds, you will hear the latest buoy or C-MAN observation read viacomputer-generated voice. At the end, the system will prompt you to press "1" to hear the report again, or "2" to continue with other options.

There are several ways to find the station locations andidentifiers. For Internet users, maps showing buoy locations aregiven at the NDBC Website.Telephone users can press "2" at the beginning of the call to be prompted for a latitude and longitude and receive the closeststation locations and identifiers.

The Dial-A-Buoy system does not actually dial into a buoy or C-MAN station. The phone calls areanswered by a computer that controls the dialog and reads the observations and forecasts from NDBC's web site.

Now, I set myself up for success by pre-typing the number and code to auto-dial. If the number is 800-555-5555 and the conference pin is 5024132132 and you have to hit a # after it, you can format it like this and your smart phone will do all the work for you.

How I can call a local number in Rome(or Italy) using my cell phone from US.I will be on vacations in Rome and would like how to use our cell phone over there.
Thank you much for a reply. Cell phone plan from ATT.

we are using SfB and Teams together for the moment. This was working well for years. The last couple of days, issues are popping up all over our environment where people keep hearing a dial tone in their headset. Restarting SfB and Teams fixes this until the user has a new teams meeting or call. After the teams call, the dial tone comes up and stays on.

I am suddenly having an audio issue today. When I try to log in to all of my regularly scheduled weekly meetings I get the following message: "The meeting does not support dial in or Call Me. You cannot connect to the audio." The microphone icon is missing from the bottom left corner of my screen, and when I click the new "Join Audio" button, it takes me to the audio settings screen with no obvious solutions. I've tried reinstalling zoom and I've tried joining a meeting from the Zoom web portal but the same issue occurrs. PLEASE HELP. Thank you!

Sign in to the Zoom Desktop Client.
Click your profile picture then click Settings.
Click Audio audio-button.png.
Select the Automatically join audio by computer when joining a meeting check box.

My setting is and has always been set to "Automatically join audio". My problem is a sudden and new issue - whenever I try to log into my scheduled meetings I get a message that tells me my "meeting does not support dial in and Call Me. You cannot connect to the audio." I no longer have a mic icon on my main screen. A "Join Audio" icon shows up instead, but leads me to my usual audio settings page, where nothing seems to be amiss. I'm stuck.

I have a MacBook Pro 2015 using macOS Monterey v 12.6.3. I just upgraded to a paid account and now instead of getting the message I first reported, which was: The meeting does not support dial in or Call Me to join. You cannot connect to the audio. Now I can connect but I have to call. See screenshot below.

Been using Zoom for years, and now audio just does not work. Have tried all the suggestions in this thread and nothing works. Camera and microphone permissions are already granted to zoom.us in system preferences. When I try to create a dummy meeting, the only audio option available (it's already selected) is Computer Audio. But when I start a meeting and try to join audio, I get a dialog with the title "Choose ONE of the audio conference options" and the message "The meeting does not support dial in or Call Me to join. You cannot connect to the audio". The only button is "Close".

This is extremely frustrating. I've changed NOTHING on my system.

I checked my PMI setting as others have suggested and computer audio was not highlighted so I made sure to do that. It still did not work. For me, it ended up being a problem on the side of the person who scheduled the meeting. When they scheduled the meeting, under "Audio" they clicked "Computer Audio," since everyone joins on their computer. When they changed it to "Telephone and Computer Audio," those people who had been getting the "this meeting does not support dial in..." error message were now able to join the meeting with audio and mic working. Not sure if it was a mac issue or a Zoom issue or an internet issue, but all I know is now it works! I also went into Mac settings under Privacy and Security to make sure Zoom had permission to access my camera and mic (it did). So ask the person who schedules the meeting, or if it's you make sure to check that "Telephone and Computer Audio" is clicked when the meeting is scheduled. Good luck!

All telephone numbers in Mexico are ten digits long. The Plan Técnico Fundamental de Numeración issued on September 4, 2018, introduced a ten-digit full numbering scheme, where the first digit denotes a geographical area of the country: The current national number was formed by prepending the area code to the previously existing local number. All ten digits must be dialed, even for local calls. Since August 3, 2019, only the following dialing prefixes are available for use within Mexico: To co...

I have a similar system with extensions in three countries. Calls are dialed starting with the country code (an initial + is optional). On incoming, caller ID is formatted starting with the country code (no +).

You can dial 1 followed by 10 digits to call US/Canada, 0 followed by 10 digits to call México, but 10 digits (with no prefix) from a US extension will assume country code 1, while 10 digits from an extension in México will assume country code 52. To call elsewhere in the world, you must dial 00, 011 or +, followed by country code and number. This is more complex to make incoming caller ID work properly, unless you are willing to show the + on all incoming numbers.

You can set a caller ID on the Outbound Route that overrides the extension, so for example all calls to México from the US would show your México main number, while all calls to the US from México would show your US main number, all with just one trunk.

The top three rules in your screenshot do not make sense. You do not want to remove the 1 and add a +; you do not want people to dial 11NXXNXXXXXX, and the third one removes 1 and adds it back in again. Take some time to read the pattern help and plan out what you want to do.
