I was thinking to buy hp victus fb0050ax but I was looking in preinstalled softwares mentioned in the hp's official website but it's not mentioned and also users who bough the product and sent review images there is also no sticker of ms office attached but when I questioned there hp support team answered that hp victus fb0050ax does come with ms office. Tech Republic offering Microsoft Office Pro 2021 purchase for only $49.97 for a lifetime license. But what good is a lifetime license if it is only supported by Microsoft until October of 2026? Am I missing something?
A life Time Licence is only to legally run an old version of Office, with a constant danger of file incompatibility.
In my country, the Income Tax Utility requires a Excel 2010 or higher. It was not so a couple of years ago. Who knows, tomorrow it may require Office 2021!

It looks like Microsoft has detected that the apps like Excel are to be used with an MS365 license, instead of a lifetime use. It also appears to have something to do with downloading Office from the App Store, which I did back in 2019, but what MS says is no longer valid.

This brief provides new evidence on the lifetime risk that older adults will need LTSS and receive paid services and supports. Using longitudinal household survey data from 1995 to 2014 from the Health and Retirement Study, we estimated the likelihood that adults ever development disabilities after age 65 and receive paid care, including paid home care, residential care (such as assisted living), nursing home care, and Medicaid-financed nursing home care, and the duration of need and care spells. Our results show that 70% of adults who survive to age 65 develop severe LTSS needs before they die and 48% receive some paid care over their lifetime. Many older people with severe LTSS needs rely exclusively on family and unpaid caregivers, and most paid care episodes are relatively short. Only 24% of older adults receive more than 2 years of paid LTSS care, and only 15% spend more than 2 years in a nursing home. However, the lifetime risk of receiving paid care is not evenly distributed across the population. Lengthy spells of severe LTSS needs and paid care are much more common among older adults with few financial resources than their wealthier counterparts.

The bike is very quiet and is pleasant to ride on. I have quite a few hours on it now and it gets lots of compliments from my co-workers. My only complaint is that it disconnects rather quickly after you stop pedaling. I wish there was a super capacitor onboard to keep the Bluetooth connection going for a minute or two if you have to pause for some reason.
I saw this product at NeoCon and was immediately intrigued. I was told this product would charge my phone and laptop while pedaling. I tried it for myself and I loved it. I pre ordered it and I can't wait to welcome it to my home office.

The teams in Pune and Gurgaon worked very closely. We had a large piece of work to analyze, estimate, and plan a major release. I needed to travel to Gurgaon for this. But guess what, it was the month of Ramadan and I was fasting.
But Pallavi was not content with that. She looked around the office for Vinod (Bachchan Sahab), from admin team. She requested him to call my hotel and arrange a proper meal for me at 4AM! Vinod readily agreed and called the hotel. When he finished, he informed me that when I go back to the hotel after work, I could just tell them (hotel) what I would like to have in Sehri, and they would prepare it for me. I was delighted with this, and the next few days were amazing. The work was done well, I enjoyed making new connections in the Thoughtworks Gurgaon office and enjoyed the yummy Sehri in the hotel.
But there was more to come. I had to extend my stay in Gurgaon and it was Friday. I was looking for mosques near the office and the nearest mosque was 7 kms away! Knowing Gurgaon traffic, the commute would have easily taken me an hour. Also, I could not find the prayer time to reach the mosque in time. As I got to the office, I asked Vinod if they knew a mosque nearby; I needed to go for Friday namaz. I was so pleased to hear that the admin team would arrange a cab to take me to a Friday prayer place nearby and get me back. This was unbelievable for me.
In conclusion, my experience at Gurgaon office during Ramadan was a testament to the supportive and inclusive workplace culture Thoughtworks fosters. From arranging proper meals for Sehri to arranging a cab for Friday prayers, the people team & admin team at Gurgaon office went above and beyond to make me feel valued and respected. I am grateful for this experience and proud to be a part of an organization that recognizes and supports the diverse needs of its employees.
