Given the leaderless milieu, I'm wondering how we might approach the
phenomenon of people wanting to play the star without doing the prep
work - erm, I mean wanting to Gently Guide Us away from the evils of
Christianity by starting some unending peace chant. But I'm not sure
how to address it, except starting on time, and maybe having a lot of
ringers pick which songs they want to start ahead of time. Anabel?

Please let me know ahead of time what you want to lead, but don't shy away from an impromptu impulse, should it arise. We're a group, committed to this event, so, I don't see that we will have any problems with repertoire. Also, I have selected the carols with the thought of down-playing the religious while accentuating the message.
Most of all, have fun!! See you all soon! And yes, there will likely be warm ups.
