I need to originate a call from freeswitch, play some message , and record something.
so I am using .originate with a do block. From: is dummy in this case. but freeswitch is trying to create a leg for From: as well and ultimately it fails with
Cannot Blind Transfer 1 Legged calls

is there a way to instruct freeswitch to generate one legged call and execute rest of the things.

I will file a bug, but meanwhile could you guide me where could I modify code in adhearsion structure to rectify it. Could I use ESL from adhearsion as an alternative.

At this point, I'm not sure what the fix is. The purpose of asking for a full bug report is two fold:

1) To gain more information about the problem, including code samples and *full* logs at TRACE level. FreeSWITCH logs also help in these cases. Without this information, it's almost impossible to diagnose the problem. It's the same as telling mechanic that your car is making that "click click click" noise when you turn it on, but not letting him look at it ;)

2) To provide a proper way to track each individual issue (my email inbox is not adequate tracking), including resolution and duration of the issue, and also to prioritise issues, spot any particular patterns in them, and expose them better to the entire community in a more permanent way than the mailing list.

For these reasons, I *do not* investigate bugs like this from unstructured reports on the mailing list and always respond with a request for a real issue to be filed. I have done this every single time, and I don't do it on a per issue basis. I beg of the community, please help us to help you.
