Delivery No. 2. This was relatively simpler than the first one. Swap out an older Sleep number bed for a newer model. This newer house, thankfully had a wide staircase, with generous landings, and room for us to move around freely.
Delivery No. 6. Downtown St. Paul. A condo. Seriously! How on earth are we going to deliver a bed to a condo, with elevators, parking downtown, etc... Never mind, our magical Home Delivery techs know how to do this, too. And I guess, those who live downtown have to sleep too! The customer was a dear old (literally 102) lady. She was a very sweet soul, with a condo that had the most amazing view. We installed the new bed and got ready to haul away the old one. Now, this old mattress was a piece of work! It must've been the floppiest, softest mattress that I've ever seen. Thank goodness, Matt was able to handle that one. I helped get it out of the condo, but that bloody thing was ungainly. Why on earth do mattress makers not put handles all around these silly things! I watched, as an amused spectator would; as Matt with impressive skill, flipped that thing onto his back, and carried it single-handedly to our truck.

The company manufactures the Sleep Number bed, an adjustable air mattress. The "Sleep Number setting" is a setting that adjusts the firmness or softness of the mattress on each side of the bed using air pressure (dual air chambers, one on each side), with higher numbers (up to 100) denoting higher pressure and more firmness, and lower numbers denoting less pressure and more softness. Sleep Number's latest line of beds, the 360 Smart Bed, launched in 2017. The "Smart" features include Dual Adjustability for adjustable comfort and firmness on each of the bed; Responsive Air technology, which allows the mattress to respond to movements and automatically adjusts firmness; and SleepIQ technology, which shows sleep quality via a SleepIQ score, with personal insights for better sleep.[18] Sleep Number Beds can hold up to 850 lbs. of combined weight, with each side able to support 400-420 pounds.[19]
After switching over to the 5G network from T-Mobile I found that my sleep number bed was disconnected and would need to be switched over to the new Wi-Fi network. While attempting to do so the bed doesn't seem to pick up the wi-fi at all. I've tried switching to the 2.4 gigahertz Network as well but nothing seems to work and the bed won't pick up the Wi-Fi.
the wife wanted a new bed, ours was old and to be honest it was causing both of us back problems. wife really wanted a sleep number, my parents had one almost 20+ years ago and they ended up returning it. but fine, wife wants this bed, how bad can it be?
we spent almost 5k on a fancy frame (flex fit) , and the bed itself ,we financed 3k and paid $1500 cash. this was august of this year. the bed got here and the installers, installed it and walked us through the remote and the app and all the bells and whistles. kit just didnt work out. we paid almost 5K we should get sleep that isnt just a little better then what we were getting on our shit mattress, were still within the 100 day trial so fuck it. lets return this bed and move on the the next mattress.
Im sorry XxEnigmaticxX, but the 100 day trial is only for the bed, your stuck with the $1500 frame and go fuck yourself. this was september of 2020. fine, sleep number you played me. lets get this refund done and get this glorified air mattress out of my place. i schedule the pickup of my mattress about a week later and make sure to work from home that day.
We were skeptical of buying a mattress on line but it could not have gone any smoother. Anthony answered all of our questions during our many phone conversations. Delivery was prompt and went without a hitch. Best of all the mattress is so comfortable! I haven't had such a good night sleep in years. Highly recommend this.

I love this mattress. I wake up rested and with energy. Before I was sleeping on a traditional mattress and I would wake up 3 to 4 times at night trying to find the right spot. I don't weak up in middle of the night. It was worth every penny!!!
We have had our sleep number system for a little over 2 months and the base has malfunctioned twice already. The company has not been any help. They passed the buck onto the base manufacturer. My problem with this is, I purchased this system from sleep number, not the manufacturer of the base. I would not recommend purchasing this sleep system to anyone. Considering hiring a lawyer to get my money back. Very disappointed.
Please do not purchase a sleep number bed. We purchased the top of the line sleep number bed and have not been satisfied. The bed gets hot and the support is not comfortable. The investment was not worth it. Only after 2 years we are getting rid of the bed.
Customer service is not the best. Parts are expensive and they do not allow returns of their expensive parts even when the issue it fault on their part. Case in point, I contacted the company to order a replacement foam topper. When I received it I noticed that it was not the same as my previous foam purchase. There was a 1/2 to 1 inch difference in thickness and the quality was subpar. Called the company and was told that indeed, I had received a thicker, different item the previous time but that when they put in the SKU number for the one I previously ordered this one came up and shipped. When I told them this is not what I wanted, I was told that I could order a thicker one but it would cost me more money because I could not return the one I received. I am out 190+ dollars because THEY changed the SKU associated with an item number. I will be filing a complaint with my credit card company and the BBB.
BEWARE WHEN RE-ORDERING PARTS. Or better yet, go with another company with better customer service.

I inherited a sleep number bed that was purchased in 2003. I love it, but need to attach a headboard. The kits that are sold are for newer mattresses. Any ideas? Can I drill holes in the hard plastic base? I do not want to replace the bed, but need a headboard. My understanding is that I must use the included platform rather than a different one. Thanks!
