International Walk to School Day TOMORROW

Hi everyone...This is Tracy Soule reporting for Shana as she is off to
a cross country track meet with the students in Rocklin. Go Bears!!
Tomorrow is our walking school bus day and no matter where you live,
you can meet to walk to school. The "bus" will start at the corner of
Mattell and Main in Dutch Flat at 7:30 A.M. and we will start walking
up Main Street toward school. You can meet at any point along the
way. We will stop at the Alta Post Office at 8:00 AM. and then
continue on to school. Come meet us! The class with the most walkers
will receive 10 spirit points with 5 points to the second place class.
Parents who come to school, please wait around to make sure all
parents have rides back to where they parked their cars or spend a few
moments and walk together back to your car! If you have a blender
that you can bring, the treat for the walkers will be smoothies at
first recess - the more blenders we have whirling, the faster the
smoothies can be distributed to the students. See you tomorrow
morning....
