Los Angeles Department of Water and Power - provides service for 3+ million people over LA metropolitan area. 


They should be presenting their story at OOW12 in San Francisco

Didn't even know about that page. Very helpful when clients want to
see if others are using it as well.
I even noticed two sites of my current client are on there
(Randstad.nl and yacht.nl). The one that's missing is
http://www.tempo-team.nl/

One interesting thing to note is that these three are actually the
same site but using skinning and conditional rendering to show three
distinctive sites for their three labels
