Plan to remove "Excel->Show Clock Skew Map in Excel" function

ADEPT has had many new functions over the years. Some are more popular
than other. I'm planning to remove some of less frequently used
functions from ADEPT in the next several releases. The first one
planned is the "Excel->Show Clock Skew Map in Excel" function. Please
let me know if you like the function and would like to see it work for
new devices.
