Problems with running ADEPT on Win 64-bit and/or Win7

Several users have reported issues with running ADEPT on Win 64-bit
and/or Win 7 OS. Unfortunately I don't have such a system to debug the
problems. For now please stay with WinXP 32-bit if possible. I will
look into these issues once I can get hold of a machine with 64-bit or
Win 7. Sorry about the inconvenience.
