just installed adenois and was wondering if i could move the adenois
credentials file off my linux desktop and onto a flash drive for
retrievel purposes should my laptop ever get stolen ? its somewhat
obvious if it stays on my desktop that the laptop is being tracked,
and I would not want to draw attention to it. i want the thief to
feel free to connect to the internet after all.
(my last laptop was recently stolen, i didn't get the help i needed to
complete the adeonis installation so i'm getting the help now)

Adeona basically doesn't work. Check out the website.
I'm currently using orbicule.com and mactrak at gadgettrak.com to do
the same thing. Not free, but I've had two laptops stolen within the
past year.
