Not quite sure how to use this forum so I could not reply directly to tdcsurfer, with whom I share a similar problem. So I am posting to the community so there is more evidence about the sleazy practices of Wondershare. As tdcsurfer noted, I too, purchased the app that was supposed to allow for interface between mac pc and iphone (Apple does not allow this if the original computer used to share playlists, etc. has been replaced, so a third-party app becomes necessary.) I purchased/downloaded the Wondershare app and within a short while of trying to use it it became apparent that it was not going to work. I immediately reported the problem and have been trying ever since to get my money back. IN ADDITION, as tdcsurfer noted, they put a recurring annual charge on my account that I did not authorize. Fortunately I noticed this immediately and disabled it. They also charged me $64.00 even though the software is listed as $49.00. I have a dispute filed and an email sent to PP customer service but now that I see other people have had issues with this sketchy company I think it is important to post to the forum and for Paypal to be on the alert for the fraudulent practices of this seller.
