Ooops - What has Happened Here ?

Can any of you sharp eyed members spot what has happened here?  Probably the last graft of the day and possibly after a refreshing lager!  The cultivar is 'Black Pearl' and you can see that the shoots are very dark

lets see the one on the left in more detail

and the one on the right
