I'd be interested in having a roundtable chat about the different kinds of development workflows & tools teams and individuals are using.
Think:
- Version Control & methods for keeping things sane (Git flow or something similar? etc)
- Build & deployment tools (CI? Continuous Deployment? FTP copy paste?? anyone using JRuby & deploying .wars?)
- Coding standards & how (if) they are enforced?
etc etc
I'm also happy to present on EventMachine & an intro to asynchronous programming
