November Meetup

Hi Guys,
Can someone take responsibility for the 5th of November meetup? (I have Melbourne Cup plans)

Not much is involved:
1) Signage
Print and bring some adelaide.rb signs and blu-tac them near entrance, etc. [I will provide google doc/PDF] (so new people can find us easy and don't confuse us with MEGA meetup or anything)
2) Setup and Meet
Get there before 6:20 and setup projector for a 6:30 start (Ideally you can get there at 6:00 and welcome people, especially people new to the group)
3) Finish
Ensure things are left how we found them (chairs stacked and away, things clean, projector returned)


I'll take care of/delegate responsibility for any sponsorship/food/drink arrangements Monday or prior.

There is no November sponsor (so it might be a good idea for people to bring food if they can't wait till after) but in honor of our generous September/October sponsors it would be good if Chris can print off the following document to help thank those sponsors, Majoran Distillery and to help new people find their way to the correct door, etc.
