Addendum::getDeclaredAnnotations() does not work with autoloaders.

I patched the Addendum class and added a declareAnnotation() method. You'll
find the patch attached if you're interested.

Thanks for this nice library, it is being used in Atomik Framework
(atomikframework.com)
