to PHP Addendum library
I noticed that the most recent commit changeset was back in January
this year. Is this library still under active development, or has it
just matured up to a level where there isn't much left to do. (There
are still some outstanding issues I saw, so I just want to make sure.)

to PHP Addendum library
Hi,

I've moved away from PHP ~2 years ago, but still maintain this library
and fix bugs from time to time. Occasionally I even add some minor
features. However library is stable enough, last time I checked, I had
some problems running tests against PHP 5.3 - (something nasty
happened with reflection API in 5.3).

But it's opensource so take it, extend it as you wish. I would be
happy to find a successor main developer.

Curiosity: what have you moved to?

I imagine there will be takers for you offer to find a successor.  If not, I may be interested.

I am using the library at work to provide annotation support for the in-house PHP framework.

Unfortunately I spend most of private time working on android applications, so apart from work related bug fixes, I really won't be able to contribute much.

I've moved to Ruby and Rails.

Anyone can send in patches or even make its own fork of this project. Feel free to contribute.
