I have a question about an error message I got.

ERROR: (../iterative.c:575) QMR_CS fails: (vT.v)/(b.b) is out of
bounds
(3.6e+26).

Does it mean I need different iterative technique?

Yes, the first step would be to try a different iterative solver (e.g., bicg or bicgstab). Please see Section "Iterative
solver" (11.1) of the manual for details.
