Tarball will be offline for a few hours

I will be removing the ADC tarball for maintenance and signing the tarball with GPG. This will mean that the tarballs will be offline for a few hours starting at 20:00 on 08-12-2025.

I will recompile the whole tarball just for 100% integrity. ig `adc.tar.xz` will be online in 1-2 hours.

ps. i might use tar.gz instead of xz. not sure tho, you'll see.

Tarballs are available again. Also made a tar.zst for modern use cases.
