procedure for enrollment

hello everyone,
i am planning to participate in adc 2..but i dont know how to
participate in it.though the terms and conditions are available still
am unable to get it..can any1 help me with it..

Here's the procedure:

1. Register with android.com and create an android market account.
2. Develop your application and submit it on the market before Aug 31, 2009.
3. Read more about the rules here: http://code.google.com/android/adc/

Hi. How do you know this is the procedure?

I could not find any mention of it on the adc rules page.

Google is supposed to come out with upload instructions this month, which they have not done yet.

Until the final upload rules come out, all we can do is speculate.

Lets wait and watch the adc2 site for further instructions.
