Android opening at Yelp

Hi guys,

Is anyone here looking for a job or know of a top notch Android
developer in the Bay Area that might want to join Yelp's mobile dev
team? I'm currently consulting for a few companies and unable to take
a full time position myself.

I've been doing more Android than iPhone consulting lately.
Everyone's upbeat about Android and porting that apps over to it.

My latest gig was at Gracenote where we really pushed the performance
limitations of Android. In the end, we had to write a native wrapper
around C-code to get the performance that we needed.

I now have a much greater appreciation for why we haven't seen the
same quality of games on Android as compared to the iPhone. Android's
Dalvik VM is still very slow in comparison.
