stmerid ans slong format

Hi,

I was just checking the format of stmerid (and even slong), and found values like: m43w0613

Does this means 43º06'13'' or, more unlikely, 43º 0613'', 43º 0613' or 43.0613º?...

I just realized that also the Wiki contains simply
Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, 22s53, 43w0613
Timezone LMT m43w0613 (is local mean time)

without marking explicitly minutes and seconds.

The associated chart finally does mark it clearly, see screen shot.
