The adbexport format has, half an hour ago, been updated from version
160308 to version 160715,
The attribute jd_ut has been added to the element <sbtime>. It contains
the Julian day number of the birth, i.e. date and Universal Time combine
in a single number.
jd_ut can be used directly in Swiss Ephemeris test program swetest, like
swetest -bj2419035.795833
or in the Swiss Ephemeris function swe_calc_ut().
A new complete database release has replaced the older one and its
incremental files.
