Does not work on HULU or USANETWORK

At least in two places, HULU and USA NETWORK, adblock prevents the main presentation from working. When adblock is disabled, the ads AND the main presentation play. I suspect this is something to do with how these sites run ads, but I did want to mention it.

There is a workaround – go to AdBlock Button > Options > Enable Advanced Options > Enable Hulu Workaround
