NRC newspaper site in Holland

LS, Hello,

There is a rather good news(paper) site in Holland:
www.nrc.nl

Lately they've started with video commercials (with sound) which is very annoying
But as soon as I try 'block this add' on the page where the add shows,
the add disappears so I cant click it.
Very rarely the add IS clickable, but that doesnt help addblock at all.

Try it yourself on any top-news page.
Also...there is a time 'cookie' on showing the adds, because once your have endured the commercial, it doesnt show up for a few hours anymore.

Any help or ideas please?
Especially the fact that the commercials are with sound, is very annoying and rude, for they play whether you want it or not.
(while playing your own music etc..)
