Hi Murali,

Sorry for the delay in sending the information on my net based program called RUMBLE.

To start with it was something that I started with another friend called Suresh Menon. I used to wonder why South Indians other than Cho Ramaswamy and Subramaniam Swamy were not known to TV anchors who do programs.
Then I realized that when it came to English language news channels they knew nobody other than these two characters. That is when this friend of mine suggested that we make a program where we interview different people based in Chennai. That's how I started RUMBLE. The word stands for a non lethal fight. I started it about two years ago and I have done 153 interviews so far.

The format is of a conversation with no cuts, retakes or inserts. Whatever is said stays on including the occasional f**k and s**t. Actually there is one camera on each of us so that does away with the need to do major edits.

Just today I received a mail from YouTube themselves where they said that RUMBLE channel reached the No 9 position worldwide in Infotainment English. I am in pretty good company with TED talks, Oprah Winfrey and BBC channel occupying other positions.

The production is pretty basic so it was definitely not on account of aesthetics that I got selected. Apparently I was able to get ranked on account of good Audience Retention.

I do not know how to post a link on the Magnasound group on Whatsapp but I will do it once I figure it out.
