Multi timeframe with secondary history data

I was thinking of building, like a MT4 strategy with just say EURUSD using simple Moving averages for daily system trading.

Could we use the build symbols with 2 or more secondary pairs to develop a multi time frame strategy? Has anybody done this before.

I need help as well for building a Multi TF strat. ie Analysis on D1 and entry on H4, on same forex pair.
