Yes, that's the same thing. My point of view for strategy building is simple: when building trading strategies, focus on the strategy logic. If you try to bring in everything else, such as position sizing and money management considerations, it can become difficult to disentangle the different factors influencing the results you're seeing. That's why I always recommend using a fixed position size or a fixed dollar amount per trade, either of which you can do in Builder. Account size, holding costs, and other such considerations shouldn't be factors in the process of finding the best strategy logic. Once you have that, as I said, you can use a different tool, such as MSA, to add the account-related aspects and do a portfolio-level analysis of everything.
