Futures Data / Ninja Trader & Renko Bars

OK, finally finished reading the manual & ready to purchase!

BUT for some reason I'm tripping over the data issue...apparently Adaptrade works only with .csv files for data whereas Ninja doesn't provide that data.  I've contacted NT, no help.  I've contacted my broker, no help.  I've contacted my data provider Rithmic, no help.  I've contacted Adaptrade, was told I need to get a 3rd party data transfer software, but he couldn't offer as to which one to use.  

Can anyone help?  Do I need to switch data providers and if so...which would you recommend for commodities and futures? 

Is there a software package out there that will convert from NT data to .csv data? 

Add on questions I couldn't find that answers to but related...

  - I currently use different custom bar types, renko, custom mean renko, etc...would the answer for Range bars be similar to Renko bars...ie entering a trade at the close of bar?  

  - With all the different expiring months...how do I know which data to download?  If say I want to run a x10yr back test for CL...which month data do I use?

Don't know why NT just didn't tell me to contact Kinetick as they are the ones that supplies NT with end of day data anyway! 

Attached is the response from Kinetick for all those using NT and AB.

You can export data that you receive into NinjaTrader from the Historical Data Manager:

• Control Center > Tools > Historical Data Manager...

You may need to edit the data that is exported with another program such as Excel to set it to your desired format for comma-delimited text.
