Change Metrics

For anyone else who missed the memo (like me apparently!) make sure you check out the (apparently) new feature in Builder called 'Change Metrics'. In either the performance tables or the Build Metrics tab right click and choose 'Change Metrics' to discover the huge number of new ways you can focus Builder on the sort of metrics that fit your interests and trading styles. Also under Strategy->Options we're now given the opportunity to set up the default metrics that we're interested in.

I don't know how long these features have been in and what the announcement method, if any, was. I read everything on this list and I don't remember hearing about them so I wanted others to know the capabilities are there.

Mike - please consider some sort of simple 'Move up/Move down' feature to the metrics list to make it a bit easier to get the ordered as a user would like to see them. Not critical but nicer I think.

Nahh, you didn't do anything wrong. I absolutely did receive the
announcement. I just missed reading about the features. The metrics
are very clearly right there at the top of the list, as well as
mentioned a second time further down:

I think I was just a little too interested in getting the new version
installed and never read the memo completely! My bad.

Could you add a button next to the "Help" button for "Change Metrics" on the next version, like you do for the other tabs?

Also, something else I noticed on the "Build Metrics" tab.  I just noticed that "Net Profit" was listed twice under the "Build Metrics" window.  I did not add a second instance of "Net Profit" to this window, because this is the first time I figured out how to get to the "Change Performance Metrics" window.  So, I'm guessing the last upgrade added a second instance.  I removed the 2nd instance of "Net Profit" just to test out the new features, but could not find a way to add a 2nd instance of "Net Profit" back to the list.  Was this a one-time glitch?

Also, on the "Change Performance Metrics" window, in addition to the "Add -->" and "<-- Remove" buttons, could you add "Add all -->", "<-- Remove all", "Add selected -->", "<-- Remove selected"?

While I'm at it ... on the "Change Performance Metrics > Selected Metrics*" window, could you also add a feature to "move item(s)" up and down the list?  ... and/or allow us to group items together?

oh, I just added all 85 metrics to the "Build Metrics" tab and noticed that "Net Profit" is now listed twice again ... is that supposed to happen?
