A few days back I got a comment from a reader on my blog. She wanted
recommendations for good learning resource / conferences for topics
such as Struts, Java, AJAX, REST, etc.
For those of you who enjoy conferences, there is the "Great Indian
Developer Summit" coming up in April. It has a day dedicated to each
of the following technologies: .NET, Web, Java, and a day for
workshops. Those interested can get more details at

If it is not possible to attend conferences, you may be interested in
online resources. I have found Parleys.com (http://www.parleys.com/
display/PARLEYS/Home) to be a very good resource for tech videos.
