We are expanding our online course offerings, bringing practical, affordable, high-quality training to where people are located. Registration for our new online courses is now open!  

Public Policy in Action is an 8-week self-paced, online course that takes you inside the nuts and bolts of policy implementation. You will learn how to define success, map the people and resources needed, understand your context, identify critical unknowns, make key decisions, and select implementation methods that fit your problem, your people, and your constraints. 

Session Dates: Oct. 5 - Nov. 29, 2026

Course Fee: $499

PDIA in Practice is an 8-week self-paced, online course that equips teams of 4-6 members with practical tools to turn ideas into meaningful results. Through experimentation, iteration, and small wins, you'll build the confidence and capability to adapt your approach and create sustained improvements in policy implementation. Bring your team, work on your nominated problem, and transform how your organization solves complex public challenges.

Session Dates: Oct. 12 - Dec. 6, 2026

Enroll By: Oct. 1, 2026

Course Fee: $600 per team member 1-5; $300 for 6th team member

Owning your Time is a 3-week self-paced, online course designed to help you move beyond productivity and develop a more meaningful, intentional relationship with your time. Through daily reflections, intention-setting, and strategic reframing, you'll learn to turn everyday responsibilities into purposeful choices and reclaim greater agency over how you spend and experience your time.

Session Dates: November 2 - 22, 2026

Enroll By: October 29, 2026

Course Fee: $249
