Dear Colleagues,

I would like to invite you and your colleagues to the upcoming launch of Christian Aid Ireland’s report ‘The difference learning makes: factors that enable or inhibit the impact of adaptive programming for Christian Aid Ireland’ on Thursday 24th February at 2.00pm -3.30pm (GMT).

Please join us for a discussion about our journey with adaptive programming over the last five years. Supported by Irish Aid, we focus on issues of governance and human rights, peacebuilding, and gender equality across seven countries all with deep and complex challenges. Spanning from Guatemala, El Salvador and Colombia to Israel and the Occupied Palestinian Territory to Sierra Leone, Angola and Zimbabwe, Christian Aid and partners use the adaptive approach to learn and improve ways of working amidst complexity and uncertainty. We will share findings from research that accompanied us since 2018 and facilitate an open conversation on whether adaptive programming leads to better results and the factors that enable and inhibit this in practice. Register here

Please do circulate among your networks.

Looking forward to seeing you there,

Gráinne Kilcullen
