Hi Emma,

The Coalitions for Change program (The Asia Foundation Philippines and DFAT Australia) offers an online course on Development Entrepreneurship, which is an adaptive and politically-smart approach to policy reform. It starts with an explanation of adaptive management by Nicola Nixon and a couple of case studies from Mongolia (Mike Koenig), Indonesia (Sandra Hamid), and Nepal (Bishnu Adhikari). The body of the course presents 12 key concepts of Development Entrepreneurship with a number of policy reform case studies, told by the leaders who pursued these reforms.

The third batch of the online course is ongoing; if anyone is interested, please let me know so we can notify you when the fourth batch will be ready.
