For those interested in how to manage programmes in a politically smart way, there is a seminar/webinar tomorrow being hosted by the Institute of Development Studies which is looking at the challenges of thinking and working politically in a context characterised by authoritarianism and closing civic space. It focuses on the POTENCIAR programme which aims to humanise healthcare in northern Mozambique.
