Intended audience

This webinar is intended for professionals engaged in the designing, management, implementation and evaluation of development programmes. While some knowledge of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) is useful, it is not a requirement for this webinar. Persons should have basic or prior knowledge of TOCs (this way we can spend less time on an introduction to TOCs and maximise the 90 minutes).

• Exploring the criteria for a 'good' TOC
• Assessing when to use TOC (does every intervention need a TOC?)
• Evaluability of TOCs
