Hello AdaptDev friends and colleagues,
Given your work in international development, I wanted to share the following opportunity and ask for your help in getting the word out among your contacts.
Have you been adapting in response to COVID-19 or other contextual challenges? Creating a learning culture within your team? Collaborating with partners in new ways? We want to hear about it! USAID will soon launch its 2021 Collaborating, Learning, and Adapting (CLA) Case Competition, which captures real-life examples of USAID staff and partners using approaches to improve strategic collaboration, continuous learning, and adaptive management for organizational learning and better development outcomes.
The competition is open to all individuals and all types of organizations working with USAID, and case submissions showcase your team’s innovation and expertise, helping us all move the needle on CLA. All eligible case studies will be published on USAID Learning Lab and winning cases will be featured on social media. Winners will be announced in late summer/early fall.
The Case Competition opens on Monday, April 5th and closes after the first 80 submissions are received or on Friday, May 21st at 5:00pm EDT - whichever occurs first. To find out more information, learn how to write a good case submission, and get your questions answered, please attend the Case Competition Submission Webinar, on Thursday, April 8th, 9:00am-10:00am EDT. For Case Competition details, including how to submit and how to access the Webinar: please visit USAID’s Learning Lab.
Please consider entering the competition if CLA stories come to mind! Also - feel free to share this throughout your organization or with other colleagues who may be interested.
Thank you!Lane S. Pollack
